An initial Meet & Greet is the first step to building a foundation of trust and understanding.
Recognizing the importance of trust in pet care, our complementary in-home Meet & Greet establishes this essential foundation.

During this initial meeting, you'll have the opportunity to:

Pricing Information & Special Rates

Overnight Stay Rates & Extended-Stay Discounted Rates:

Discounted rates for overnight stays greater than 14 days duration.

Tiered pricing applies to Overnight Stay Rate only. Does not apply to Additional Pet, Holiday, or Beyond-Service-Area Rates.

Additional Pet Surcharge:

Additional Dog (>1 yr old) | $10.00 per day

A ​$15.00 surcharge applies to the following holidays: ​​New Year's Day, ​Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

​Beyond-Service-Area Surcharge:​

​​Our home-base is the neighbourhood of Oakridge (Southwest Calgary). View our preferred Service Areas.

If your location is within a 15 kilometre commute to Oakridge, regular pricing applies.

If your location is beyond a 15 kilometre commute to Oakridge, a daily surcharge of $0.65 per additional kilometre will apply. ​​

Deposit:
- ​Applies to services of 5 days duration or greater.
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your booking. Dates will remain open until deposit is received. ​
- Deposit will be deducted from the total cost of service.

Payment:

Payment is due on the first day of service or as otherwise discussed via cash or e-transfer.
